Produkty uszczelniające lub izolacyjne, wykonywane w formie koszulek (rurek). Surowcami stosowanymi w naszym wykonaniu są przede wszystkim jedwabie szklane lub bazaltowe. Mogą to być również skręcone przędze teksturowane. W trakcie zaplatania wprowadzany jest do wnętrza koszulki żądany rdzeń o znacznie mniejszej średnicy niż średnica oplotu.

Nadmiar oplotu zewnętrznego zostaje uchwycony i przeszyty wzdłuż ściegiem pojedynczym lub podwójnym. Tak powstaje forma uchwytu bocznego, który pozwala na mechaniczne zamocowanie uszczelnienia w urządzeniu grzewczym.

Opisywane produkty występują również w wersji impregnowanej (barwionej).

Używamy do tego dyspersji sadzowych lub grafitowych, o podwyższonej odporności na temperaturę, odpowiednio 400 st. C. i 500 st. C.

Dostępne są również wersje samoprzylepne, z klejem montażowym lub temperaturowym (do 300 st. C.)

BRAIDED PROFILES (sleeves with core) WITH SIDE HOOK

Sealing or insulation products made in the form of sleeves (tubes). The raw materials used in our production are mainly glass or basalt silks. They can also be textured twisted yarns. While braiding, the desired core is implemented into the sheath, with a diameter much smaller than that of the braid.

The excess outer braid is caught and sewn along with a single or double stitch. This results in creating a form of a side hook that allows the seal to be mechanically fastened to the heating device.

The described products are also available in an impregnated (dyed) version.

In such a case, we use soot or graphite dispersions with increased temperature resistance - 400 degrees C or 500 degrees C respectively.

There is also a self-adhesive version available, with mounting or temperature glue (up to 300 degrees C.)

GEFLOCHTENE PROFILE (Hülsen mit Kern) MIT SEITENGRIFF

Dichtungs- oder Isolationsprodukte in Form von Hülsen (Rohren). Die in unserer Produktion verwendeten Rohstoffe sind hauptsächlich Glas- oder Basaltseide. Sie können auch texturierte Zwirne sein. Während des Flechtens wird der gewünschte Kern mit einem Durchmesser, der viel kleiner als der des Geflechts ist, in die Hülse eingeführt.

Das überschüssige äußere Geflecht wird gefangen und zusammen mit einem Einzel- oder Doppelstich genäht. Dadurch entsteht eine Form eines Seitengriffs, mit dem die Dichtung mechanisch an der Heizvorrichtung befestigt werden kann.

Die beschriebenen Produkte können imprägniert (gefärbt) werden. Wir verwenden Ruß- oder Graphitdispersionen mit erhöhter Temperaturbeständigkeit, dementsprechend 400 ° C oder 500 ° C.

Die Profile sind auch in einer Selbstklebend- Version mit einem Montage- oder Temperaturkleber (bis zu 300 ° C) zugänglich.
